The CMI157  Paint & Powder Gauge is a handheld coating thickness gauge that is designed for a wide variety of coating professionals who perform rapid inspection of paint, lacquer and other protective coatings on metal substrates.  Featuring: Automatic selection of dual technologies (magnetic induction and eddy current) for ferrous and non-ferrous substrates, a rubberized cover, and IP52 environmental protection, the CMI157 is a great choice for working in harsh conditions 
 
Thickness Range:  0 to 120 mils, 0 to 3000 microns
Accuracy:  +/- 5% + 0.12 mils, +/- 5% +3 microns
Resolution:  0.1@100 and 0.2@120 mils, 1@1000, 2@2500 and 5@3000 microns
